 Born in Buenos Aires in January 25th of 1925, Raul Alfredo Negro began his career as a diver working in the old Department of Public Works since 1949, passing through Flota Fluvial del Estado Argentino and salvage companies of the Argentine market.In 1959 he started his personal undertaking founding Raul A. Negro S.R.L Salvage and Diving Company, refloating the B/A "VIZCAÍNO" in Dock Sud Port, beginning a long list of over 100 assistance and salvages to ships of all nationalities along Hidrovía Paraná/Paraguay, Río de la Plata, and Mar Argentino.
When our founder died, the company went on commanded by the family until 1994, moment in what, anticipating to the market changes as a consequence of the technological evolution and the high competence in the services that it offers, incorporated as new members professionals of high experience, improving it technical and operative capacity. In 1996 is retired from the business the last Negro family person, passing the whole company in hands of Mrs. Alberto Eduardo Rodrigo, Nestor Ruben Toledo and Carlos Luis Paz, who leaded the company relaunching and repositioning in the Argentine market, achieving a strong leadership in the sector. In
December 2006 is produced the society retirement of the Naval Expert
Nestor Ruben Toledo, remaining the property and direction of the company
in hands of their actual Directors Mrs. Paz y Rodrigo.
